Jack Smith is the Director of Business Development at Packsize. Beginning his career in 2021 as a Sales Trainee, he quickly rose through the ranks to become the youngest Regional Sales Manager in company history. As an RSM, he was awarded Rookie of the Year, along with two President’s Club awards. Jack now leads the SDR team, optimizing inbound lead strategies and driving business development by representing Packsize at major industry events. A graduate of Oxford Brookes University in Business Management, Jack is passionate about helping businesses improve sustainability and increase operational efficiency through right-sized packaging solutions.
